Pick-a-Pen Resignation

Postby C4 Row E on Thu Jun 06, 2013 11:18 am

As of this morning, I'm officially retired. I need a break from this place. The quality of threads is at an all time low. I enjoy quality hockey talk from quality posters, but it's just not here right now. I can't enforce the rules of the game and the folks who trolled the thread last night have ended it for me.

If anyone would like to take over, please do so.

Don't come back until your username is updated for the CEC. I stopped doing Pick a Pen a season after its first season, but its got to be a lot ot keep up with, kudos on doing that.

C4, I only played one year, but I really appreciate all of the hard work you put in.

Sorry to see the trolls ruin another quality feature of LGP.

sorry to hear it C4. The idiots come out of the woodwork, especially when the team isn't playing well. Those idiots then cause our normal idiots to act even more like idiots and you have the current state of the board.

C4, Qbert, Admin and anyone else who does the extra things to make the site good, THANK YOU!

At times, the whiners, negative nancies, other fans masquerading as Pens fans, etc, etc, etc do make it unbearable. True Dat, so hopefully you can reconsider and take a much needed break. Peace out bro, see you at game 7 of the finals!

Can't forget enenvee, who came up with it and ran it three or four seasons before C4 stepped up this year. If either wants to share their tracking method, I'd consider stepping up to the plate next season - I can't wrap my head around the construction needed in excel to make it easily happen own my own. (Hell, I couldn't even keep track of my own points this year).
