We made Rask look pretty good in that series.

That last goal by Chicago, and most of their other ones resulted from having people in proximity to the net.

Chicago: Traffic in front. D-Men take a bit off of the puck and get it on net. Rask is teh suck.

Pittsburgh: Superstar (insert name here) tries to skate through team, runs out of options, weak wrister to net from 40 feet. D-Men wind up for rockets that get on net (the one protecting the fans). Rask is awesome.

Anyway, Hossa is really good and probably Chi's most consistent forward throughout the playoffs.

The fact he has a disk pressing on his nerve and numbing his foot to the point he couldn't feel it makes this even more impressive. He was basically skating on one foot.

There is no Hossa hate. Never was. He chose correctly. Sorry, Pittsburgh and Detroit.

I thought Kane won the Conn Smythe.

He did, but he was pretty quiet until halfway through the conference finals.

I would have given it to Keith, Hossa, or Sharp before Kaner.

I'd have given it to Crawford.

Crawford, Keith, Bickel, Hossa would have been my choices ahead of Kane. Thats just on the Hawks. Rask has to be in the discussion.
