I hope you're wrong, but something is definitely afoot. I hope we won't be kept in suspense for too long.

I don't think him missing practice means anything beyond being sore or whatever.

Well, that’s good news! However, I must say, his going off the grid for a couple of months is a shocker. From what I understand, Beau was heavily into the social media scene--although, come to think of it, maybe some people saw that as a problem.

Maybe he just wants to focus on hockey. It's not like they banned ping-pong in the locker room or anything...

I suspect it has everything to do with his need to focus on hockey and not be distracted by other things. If he came to this realization on his own, then good for him. It would indicate that he’s maturing and exercising good judgment.

Strange. I remember he used to have one, then deleted it (to fully focus on hockey, I believe he said), then brought it back since he lost a bet with Joe Morrow or something. I doubt someone explicitly told him to stop -- there are plenty other players in the organization with twitter accounts.

He got rid of it, because his 14K modem connection kept timing out.

So for all the complaining about beau not getting ice time, it turns out he was injured... :pop:

Letang playing tonight? I suppose we would have heard if he was. They said he was close like 5 days ago, I thought he was going to play saturday and he didn't.
