God no. no no no no no no. You think THIS was bad? Check out 1993-2005.

Edit: Don't get me wrong. I love Craig. He contributed to a great team and made some of the best trades in NHL history. And overall his tenure was good. but nononononono!

Yes and no.... what do you want him to do with no money? Lol. Seriously though. You cannot say the guy didn't have an eye for talent though. At least imo.

Yeah, they can put EJ behind the bench too.

I think Ray and Craig have a similar track record. Much like Shero, Craig was criticized for:

- draft picks and player development in the 90s
- bad coaches
- facilitating a country club environment
- allowed a hard team to become soft
- failed to adapt to a changing nhl (trap!)

EJ in the 90s and DB also have similar records with high scoring regular season success.

I hear ya. You're talking me out of it... But, sitting back and observing might have done him some good.

The only one I don't think falls on the GM is : facilitating a country club environment.

I think that falls ultimately with the El Capitano. In both circumstances. It's their locker room. What's funny, is Sid is the exact opposite of work ethic as Mario. Absolutely exact 180 opposite.

Brisson has from Southern California and according to wikipedia:
Brisson has a high profile NHL client roster, including three consecutive first overall NHL draft picks (Sidney Crosby in 2005, Erik Johnson in 2006, Patrick Kane in 2007). In the summer of 2007, Brisson negotiated over $150 million in contracts for his clients, including an eight-year $52 million deal for Daniel Brière. He has worked with Jaromir Jagr, Sergei Federov and Mats Sundin, a few of the most highly paid players in NHL history. Brisson is also the agent for Nathan MacKinnon who went first in the 2013 draft.

We'd be better off if they hired Bylsma as the GM over Patrick.
