From what i remember his skating was not so great, but he always seemed to be in the right spot to get a goal for us. How nice would that be now-a-days?

IIRC, similar to christensen.. if he didn't score he was useless those games. I'm shocked by him getting this many votes (he was last 1 I left on of the 20 I had to choose from. Also, IIRC... I think our lovely tv broadcasters seemed love Oullet, which may have caused others to hate him

I was like a Talbot hipster.. I love him almost instantly when he 1st came up. Just high-energy, high-motor, gave every inch he had player that's always lovable... By time he was starting to get fame, he quickly became a floater until playoffs guy and I eventually got really sick of him. Also, I forget where (but even before the game 7 goals) there was somewhere that him / Crosby were both announced, and he got a louder ovation than Sid. I found that completely ridiculous (to add to the hipster-like relationship I had with Talbot)

Ziggy Palffy quit on the team halfway through a season. Marian Hossa quit on the team as soon as he had the contractual and ethical rights to do so, but said what he said on the way out. I can't think of any other Penguins who have done anything as enraging until you get back to Billy Tibbetts, who was before Crosby's time.

haha, yea. He was 1 of like 8 more I wanted to add but could only have 20... Actually had all 3 coaches originally, so 1 easy way to cut it was making it players only

because MT used to give him lots of ice time when lots of people thought other players deserved to be playing ahead of him. Sort of like the current Craig F'n Adams.

YES. Came in to post LeClair. Never, ever should've happened. Plus, he almost sabotaged Geno's career here before it even got started.

Darryl Sydor. Ugh.

(I was very disappointed in Recchi's last tour through here, as well, so I'll choose only to remember his first one.)

Darryl Sydor reminds so much of the 2014 Scuderi model.

How could we forget Hal Gill, who was probably responsible for more self inflicted opponent goals than anyone I can think of.
