That is what happens when your leaders are said to be GREAT leaders... but not the vocal type... the "lead by example" What? What example does Orpik lead via? This team need vocal leadership.

Orpik does not have the best reputation around the league. He has always had a tendency of whining to the officials after calls, and whether you think it's a fair criticism or not, he does not answer the bell after he makes a big hit (even the majority of his hits are legal).

Orpik is in decline, and the injuries have been mounting as time goes on. He's been a great Penguin, a warrior who has won a Cup here. But he is also part of a failed team these past 5 years and needs to move on.
