Is Crosby done?

Postby Pitts on Wed Nov 08, 2017 11:38 am

Only 5 goals, none in the last 9 games. -12.... Sell now while they can still get something for him?

If they traded him it would probably be like the Jaromir Jagr trade in 2001 where they dumped him for $37 and a jar of beads. And then he would still be playing in 2032.

He's done like he was at the start of the 2015-2016 season. How did that season pan out again? Refresh my memory.

Too bad he doesn't play for the Pens. Then Caps fans could say about Sid: "he's not even the best Crosby on his own team".

Pretty sure the original post was making fun of the "x is done" trend.

How is it even possible to produce so little given the ice time Sid gets and PP time? And with the the talent he has and is surrounded by?

I would think Sid would pick up some points by just getting on the ice, but apparantly its not like that.

Maybe send sid to the olympics to pick up a 3rd gold medal?

The way he is playing now, the Pens wont miss him and he will get a vacation abroad :D
---
If he does not want to go to the olympics, maybe he can go to Florida for a week or two to re-focus.
