Pens at Flyers, a 5-2 win

Something good: He only got the opportunity due to an injury-shortened bench, but full marks to Conor Sheary for making the most of getting back on Sidney Crosby's wing and scoring a couple of goals. He got the eventual winner and the insurance goal. Getting him going would be a big plus going forward, especially if Rust is out for a while.

Where they need improvement: They eventually got one, but that power play was frustrating to watch early, especially against a Flyers' PK that ranks near the bottom of the entire league. Maybe they were just in shock from getting so many chances...

Something good: Crosby racked up 3 assists, pushing him to 1100 career point. It warmed my heart to see the Flyers' faithful have a front row seat for that.
