You mean they are calling some penalties instead of ignoring everything?

YES. Ignoring is down to about 50% tonight where it's been around 90% the past month or so.

Some other loser club will just hire him. Keep him north of the border.

I was wondering if it'd work having Brassard center the 4th line and double shift on 87 or 71's wing. It'd probably throw off the line combos but I see no reason to break up Sheahan and Kessel when Brassard and Kessel hasn't really worked.

Agreed, you'd like to think that someone on the coaching staff notices this too being that they are the professionals. It's pretty obvious.

Haven't been able to see the whole game, but has Sheary looked as good as last night? Just saw the post he hit.

No reason to break up this line, no reason!

Better than last night but Sens aren’t playing well so he has a bit more time.

Just move Phil to the 4th to play with Sheahan when Brassard is back. :D

No offense, but do you think half the Game Day posts are about the Refs?

No offense taken. NHL refs lack one thing and one thing only - consistency. If they ever achieve that, complaints will be reduced significantly. And one could say the same thing about the NHL's Department of Player Safety.

Glad Letang’s front skate came off the ice there or he would be in a lot of pain right now.

Not only that they didn’t hold back and the stupidity was kept a minimum. Play like this we win a lot more than we lose.
