Made it exciting at least after a real dreadful 35mins of hockey to start the game.

Looking at box score, 25 shots. Sid had 7, the defensemen had 11 and the other 11 forwards had 8 shots combined.

Guentzel, Brassard and Kessel- no shots. Malkin -1 shot , and if I recall, it was a soft,slow shot.


No way Pearson/Hornqvist/Guentzel score on a power play if Malkin and Kessel don’t shoot.
