Would prefer they bring back the original diagonal jersey and have Snoop Dogg model it.

I would have chosen "meh" if it were an available option. Who really cares?

The jersey industry is a billion dollar business, I would guess at least 90% of the fans care about their teams jerseys. It will be painful to see the team skate around in these pyjamas.

I care about my team's jerseys. But third jerseys are kind of difficult to build any emotion toward - either positive or negative. So I have to put up with them wearing these what - 3 times or so - for the season? I can think of a lot worse things I could have to put up with.

Remember, I've been watching them since they were wearing blue and white as primary jerseys. I lived through that atrocious logo. I don't think three or four games with something like this is going to have any real impact on my fandom.

I've never really cares about the white jerseys. The color jerseys are basically always the better option. Those are your colors... Everyone has white.

Maybe they will be better on the players?
The black design appears to be a thermal undershirt. I like the skating penguin, but I like within the golden triangle.

Of those I've seen- I like the kings. Montreal with blue as the dominant color is just odd. We all have too much time and not enough game playing.

The gold text on white Jersey gets washed out. I get the reversal in colors but should had went with a gold base instead of white then.

Doesn't compare to the Avs version of the Nords, but then again, what can compete with that?

What is so retro about the Isles jersey? Looks like their current one.

I’ve never seen a league-wide theme to alternate jerseys that I’ve liked. The chrome logos on the 2014 Stadium Series jerseys were lousy, and the 2019 two-color Stadium Series jerseys based on the NFL’s “color rush” jerseys weren’t much better.

By contrast, the Pens have done a good job on alternate jersey designs on their own. Some were a bit polarizing, but they’ve always done a good job of integrating new designs with old traditions. I think these are a neat look, but I really don’t like the Pens logo without the Golden Triangle. The Triangle is Pittsburgh.

Imo, these rank with the baby blues. The current home and away are my favs, followed by the current thirds, then the original diagonal, then these reverse retros and baby blues, then the stadium series, pigeon, dark blues and khaki gold, yuck.

I agree, I do find it nice to see the players in something different, just to switch it up a little/ but Buying jerserys is not my thing, if I spend money on the pens its for me and my son to see a game in person.

I have one of the original Black with gold lettering sweaters. I like it but not a fan of the white one but I'll learn to live with it.

To be honest it has grown on me a lot. The vintage look of the first year jersery with the diagonal Pittsburgh was cool, and i always liked the 90s diagonal look. It represents good and the look has really grown on me.

Agree. The more I look at it the more I like it. Was sternly in the "meh" camp for a while, but now that I start seeing them on people, they are looking better. I still think the version the fans can buy looks cheap, but the player model is sharp as hell.
