Cable Providers

Postby Pensfan4life8771 on Mon Dec 21, 2020 10:38 am

With this season finally becoming official does anyone know if cable providers like xfinity will have their NHL center ice package this season?

I usually get center ice every year living in Texas so it's only way I can watch the Penguins unless I pull up one of those internet sites but with the Pens I prefer to actually watch them on my tv.

Maybe they will announce it once it gets closer to the 13th?

I’m sure they will, MLB had there’s and the NBA is available to subscribe now. Hopefully it will be discounted since it’s not a full season.

Sports Surge and a dongle will do it.

Has anyone heard anything regarding this yet?

I checked xfinity website and they still have nothing.

NHL.TV has their streaming plans up. $99.99 for all teams, $84.99 for 1 team or $24.99 a month for all teams which is what I plan on doing, just waiting until Wednesday to order so I don’t get a fifth payment made in May. There are also student discounts of 20% and military of 30% you can get.

Just use NHL tv. Watch it on any device. Hook your computer to the tv via the HDMI input, unless you have SmartTV and can just call up the internet.

AT&T Sportsnet will now have a streaming app that you can watch Penguins games on...but it does require an existing provider login to access the AT&T Sportsnet streams.
