Other than Gonchar, no other defensing would have had the wherewithal to make those plays so yes, I believe he should still be on the PP.

I'd say we have plenty of guys who can turn the puck over in the neutral zone on the PP.

Bernier has almost 20 pounds on Welch, despite Welch being 2 inches taller.

The guy treats the puck like a hot potato, unless he's in position to score a goal. He's scared to death to get hit. Watch him just toss the puck behind the net and make Melichar get it instead of taking a hit to make an outlet pass.
