Another 5 on 3 for the Canes. Pathetic,

If the Pens were playing any worse they'd be the Steelers.

Ruutu had a good game in the opener. For the most part, it's been downhill since...

Hopefully it's not speaking too soon but overall I am comfortable with the goaltending with Fleury as a #1 and with Thibault as a solid backup. We're not going to lose games we shouldn't with them in goal on a regular basis.

Too many Staal's and Whitney's on the ice. I'm confused...

Even that game though it wasn't what we broght Ruutu in for. He's not making hits and not agitating the other team.

I'm with you dagny. Enough with all of the excuses, blamming the refs is ridiculous. They are putting themselves into a position where the officials can make those calls. Some are pretty blatant in fact.

I saw Moore's penalty before it happened. He was being lazy. The worse the refs are, the more disciplined the team should be trying to be. These NHL players shoul know that!

Malkin hauled down on a 2 on 1 - no call of course.

At least Malkin is FINALLY getting some work on the PK.

Good work by Talbot to draw a call. Too bad the refs didn't see Malkin draw one earlier...

And the Canes get a very poor call against them for finishing a hit on Talbot. I really didn't see a penalty there.

We are handing the Canes some fantastic scoring opportunities.

It'd be really good if we could make passes this nice and crisp to players on our OWN TEAM.

So, it's not just me? Wondering why they consistently pass to the opponent? Especially in their own end? :D

If nothing else... the Pens should be able to learn a GREAT DEAL watching the tape of how their last 2 opponents played the game.

Let's Go Pens!!!

It's about time our power-play gets some puck control and shots on.
