It looks like they based that more on stats than anything.

The only place I might bump Fleury to is #3 or #4, leaving #'s 1 and 2 in place. Lehtonen may be better right now, not sure I agree with those Boston boys being ahead of him.

I can't argue too much, they clearly went on stats. They did get it right putting Lundqvist #1 though.
It's funny though, Fleury is the youngest guy there but they are all techincally rookies I guess:
