indeed.
I would say Staal's been looking good, but i'd be lying.
Staal looks good for an 18 yr old kid who has already hit "the wall."
now, imma go watch the game.

He's been Penguins property for 4 years.

Not a Roy fan, but mucho respect for posting an
unpopular opinion. Everyone should feel comfortable doing that here!
(I'm serious, btw.)

Random: I'm feeling Buf vs. Anaheim in the finals. Don't know if this has been brought up, just felt like posting it.
(The idiots I'm listening to were recapping the games. Made the thought cross my mind.)

To each his own. I don't think Roy would make a difference in this game. All fighters seem to do is fight each other. The people that hit the Pens will still do so even if they have to fight once in a while. I just don't see the point.
Was Roy in the lineup for any of the Atlanta games last year, or was he still on the shelf with the broken orbital bone? I can't remember.

I think he was on the shelf for the game with the notorious point. Anyway, I see what your saying about fighters just fighting each other, but maybe he could at least go pick on some guys. Even things up a little. Or, more likely, step on the ice, fight "some dude," and return to the bench for the rest of the night. And I'd also like to point out that Christensen is pi$$ing me off right tonight.

at least he's batting 100% in something which seems to be what we all want this team to do. to bad it's in the wrong thing.

Guys like Talbot, Ruutu, and Petrovicky can go after people if Therrien gets them off the bench for more than a shift or two per period.

I love Buffalo's team. I really wanted them to win last year. It's hard for me root against the Cup coming to my hometown, though. For Anaheim, it'll be all about the goaltending. If it holds up, don't underestimate them.
(Sorry this is NPR. That's why I posted what made me, post this.)

As an aside, I'm really glad that the Pens don't announce "Icing" and "Offsides" over the PA.

Crosby is very good at making plays one handed. Unfortunately, he just got a chance to display that skill because a Thrasher was in his ribs the whole way up the ice. He was so good, the ref was in awe and didn't notice the penalty.

Malkin doesn't get enough credit for all the penalties he
draws. Thanks, Geno!
