P-G says pens talk to mayor and city cheif exc.

they talked but not about plan b as of yet. just keeping communication lines open so there won't be a war of words. meeting was scheduled before the latest comments were made. now why would the city start a war of words just days before this meeting if they weren't trying to start trouble? knowing this meeting was happening today. what kind of idiots are playing this city and these games?
