From what I understand, it is the same land that will be used for Plan "B", if the Pens agree to it. No matter what, they are starting demolishion in January.

From what Onorato said, if the Pens leave, and Plan 'B' does not materialize, they are going to use if for other development.

Thanks.. plan B.. such a joke...it just shows that Rendell dosen't know business to well!

I wouldn't say that. It is just a framework right now and can be negotiated. They just can't now because of the IOC agreement. W/O Plan 'B', they would be moving as soon as this announcement was made if the IOC didnt' win.

It is the only thing that may keep the team here.

it may be the only thing to keep them here.. but if i owned a business.. i would never go for it... i.e. the pens side of it

If the board comes out wearing Penguins jerseys then it's a good sign!

Is the beer on shelving hung on the wall, or is it stuck there via an adhesive? Is it then hard to take one down? . . . or perhaps could the beer be on hooks? What visual do you get when singing the song?

They should at least have some sort of entertainment. Where's the "Stall for Time" Clown when you need him?

I'm also holding out hope that they might be going through the first portion of the agenda now, in seclusion, and will come out for the only part that anyone cares about.

Maybe - but if they are like the overpaid big-headed suits I work with to them every little detail they are involved in is as important, if not more so, than having oxygen to breath
