new "Plan B" is actually "Plan F"

from what I could find.... Plan B was former SEA Stephen Leeper's $268 million proposal in July 2002.

I just started a new blog for this casino/arena mess and included the details of all the plans. This will be updated as I continue my research but I had to get this out there.

no problem SDD - I've been putting a ton of time into this 'project'. By the people in the know talking, it is pretty obvious, those who have things to hide are taking their time to respond and those who have nothing to hide have been easy to discuss things with.

One thing I would caution you on, and this may be a risk that should be taken, is that individuals who are hugely against public funding for projects like these may really start screaming when they see some of the numbers in your blog. I would hate for them to ruin Plan F, and still see the Capri bid not get chosen. The people I'm speaking of are the Allegheny Institute folks and the like. They will feed this info to Honsberger and Bowyer and it will be all over the radio, probably magnified in scope, in no time flat.

Bill - Allegheny Institute for Public Policy has its own blog and their true colors are being exposed. It appears most BIG business or other local institutions are aligned with the Harrah's group.

It was blatantly obvious with Duquense and its connection to Glenn Mahone and I'll eventually find the connection between Robert Dicky/KQV and Harrah's.
