Slug Wars IV: Forts n' Jorts

Build secret "fort alliances" and find jorts that grant super powers. I'm not actually doing this, I just wanted to talk about magic jorts.

TOS Warz II ready to launch in the beginning of May, probably the first Monday of the month.

Me & columbia are modding it, we'd be interested in bringing on a 3rd mod if anyone's interested. It's nothing extremely different than what we've seen before except for our environment/setting "engine" that can affect the outcome of the game. If you're interested let us know. If not, the TOS Warz II sign-up thread will be posted after the Jellyfish game. We'll need about 26 to get the effect of a good game.

There will be a third and final installment in the Jellyfish Invasion saga. It will be quite some time from now though. Expect the unexpected. Epic lulz will be had. We can't leave this thing at a draw.

Maybe it's best if they have no expectations. That way we can just mail it in as mods.

* Massive Warz * Proposal

- Massive Warz is a concept I bounced off some of the regular Warz players last week. The concept is two threads (similar to what PFiDC did with GM Warz). Massive Warz is based off of World War II.

Thread 1

Spoiler:
*Massive Warz * The European Theater

- The European theater should have 14/15 players. A medium sized game that takes place in Berlin with Innocent German Civillians, the remnants of the Nazi Party and the Soviet Armed Forces.

- In The European theater the goal is for the Nazi Party to eliminate the Soviet Armed Forces, even if it means the death of Innocent German Civillians. The goal of the Soviet Armed Forces is to hunt down and defeat the remnants of the Nazi Party.


Thread 2

* Massive Warz * The Pacific Theater

- The Pacific theater should have 14/15 players. Another medium sized game that takes place on Okinawa. The Citizens of Okinawa defend themselves against the evil Japanese Army, and a platoon of United States Marines stay hidden within the villagers, while trying to take out the Japanese Army.

* Massive Warz * Battle for the World

- In Battle for the World, players and roles are reset. The two winning factions from each game play off against each other for supreme world domination. A group of Scientists are introduced, as they rush to create the Atomic Bomb. Once they have created the Atomic Bomb, they can choose which side to give it to.


We need 2 mods per game, and the integration of some roles / special abilities that will add some fun to the game. Let me know if you're interested.

I think you would need to wait a while for that thing. Assuming you need ~30 players plus 4 mods, we haven't hit those numbers in a while.
