Yes, you have it correct.
06-07 was Nasreddine. When called up near the end of last year the team just went with 3 alternates.
07-08 was Nathan Smith.

Actually, in 06-07, they orginially went with the 3 A's, however, in Approx late February/Early March, Micki Dupont was given the C and wore it for the rest of the year through the playoffs.
