Wb/S fall to Portland 5-4

Looks like Portland had a 3-0 lead and nearly blew it. Taffe got his 2nd goal late with an extra attacker, but it wasn't enough. Minard had a goal and 2 assists, putting him 2nd in the Ahl with 13 points. Pesonen's 6 game point and assist streaks were snapped.

Missed the game tonight, but will do a report on it after I watch it tomorrow from the archives..

The Pirates game winner ended up being the empty netter.

After looking at the stat sheet, it seems as though Curry wasn't good in goal (17 saves on 21 shots)

If Minard keeps this play up, he will be a lock for the 1st call-up
