UFC returns to Spike TV Tonight!

It starts at 8pm with Ultimate Fight Night and continues at 10pm with the season premiere of The Ultimate Fighter, Season 3. The two coaches for this season are Ken Shamrock and Tito Ortiz and to say they don't like each other is a drastic understatement.
