Any fishermen or women on here..?

Spent the majority of this beautiful Pittsburgh day/night in and on the Ohio.

White Bass are striking violently and often, Sauger are hitting (I bagged a 13 incher today) and I've even heard reports from friends of some smallmouth action and a few walleye.

Good news for the area, last year was boring. I caught a bunch of nothing and I had no reports of there being any bass around.

I'm going to head out tomorrow with some light and shiny tackle to see if I can nab a few of those White Bass.

You spend this glorious day on the river, I spent it on the golf course.

Let me tell you, the wind SUCKED today but atleast it didn't rain.

I fish the trout streams of western, MD. I have caught alot of nice rainbow trout out of Savage River, and Evitts Creek. If you want bass, come to western, MD and try the Potomac River. Lots of large and small mouth bass being pulled out of the river.

walking in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh's hills & parks are great places for good walks.

North Park is perfect except for opening day of fishing season~ could
build an all purpose building if we charged more for fishing licenses. :P

I fish alot, in fact had fresh black crappie for dinner last night. They are almost stacked up on the structure right now. Most of my trout fishing is done in NY now though as I have a camp on the Willowemoc near the Beaverkill. I actually live accross from a decent trout stream but rarely fish it. The fishing brigade was out in full force here yesterday bagging the stockies.
