Current video game being played

I just came across the existence of fable the journey and it makes me long for the next fable game. I suspect I will need to wait for the next generation consoles though.

Did you spend $50 in one payment, or did you spend $50 on separate occasions?

I bought $50 worth of product over the course of a few weeks, some of it just before the offer began (I think). Last time I checked, I didn't get anything.

I'm not trying to be a fanboy, but I'm hoping the PS4 reverses popularity roles with the XBox in the US. I much prefer the Playstation exclusives, but most of my friends have an XBox. There were some multiplatform games I wish I could of played alongside someone like my brother.

Not only that but a number of games (any Bethesda game) had problems porting over from the XBox/PC. The PS4 will fix that, and it also has excited a lot of people. We will just have to wait an see what the new Xbox will offer.

Looks like Xbox is moving further towards being an overall entertainment center than it already is, so before I even know anything more, thats what i'll be getting.

Did a little bit more research on the offer. From Feb 26 until April 6, if you spend an accumulation of $50 during that time period, you get the $10.

My timing has been horrible lately. Not only did I buy $50 right before Feb 26, I bought a few classic Final Fantasy games. A couple weeks after I bought them, they had a 25th Anniversary sale, reducing all FF games on PSN by 50%. I did manage to buy one game during that sale, though.

So I just got a gently used 160gb ps3 with 5 games. Grand Turismo 5, Fallout3, Killzone 2, Motor Storm, and Uncharted Drakes Fortune. Are these good games? Also since I know very little about any PS3 titles, what are some good games I should buy? Im big into NHL and MLB games and Zombie shooters. But any suggestions would be cool.

The Uncharted Series is the reason I bought a Ps3. The 2nd is the best, but the 3rd is good also. You got the first one though so start there. The God of War series is also very good. MLB the Show is a PS3 exclusive and is the best baseball video game on the market. the NHL series is the same whether on Xbox or Ps3.

NHL 11, 12, 13 are good games. MLB The Show is a good game.

Gran Turismo is arguably one the best driving simulators you can get on console. It rivals Forza.

Fallout is Fallout. A great open ended adventure that I recommend playing.

Killzone is my personal favorite FPS. Fantastic games IMO.

Motorstorm is a fun arcade racer. It was a launch title.

Uncharted is the best series that is exclusive to PS3. So much awesome.

Recommendations:

Resistance Trilogy is a good shooter.

GoW is another fantastic game.

Infamous 1+2 would be another good set to get.

This generally happens after you don't save for an hour or so. Autosave was clutch in that game.

I alluded to this way earlier in this thread, but for some reason it's impossible for me to play these games as anything else but a paragon of virtue. Why do I care about imaginary characters and what they think of me?

I played Fallout and could not stand it. So glad I rented it from Blockbuster and didn't waste the full $60. I usually like that genre of game but couldn't get into it.

I finally, after three years, beat GTA IV. I doubt I am going to keep playing it, because I don't see myself shooting 200 pigeons or whatever ridiculous achievements are left. I might try to do the six star wanted level achievement just for funsies.
