Diablo is just f'ing with me now. I've probably been through the damn Festering Woods at least 50 times by now, and had never run into Fecklar's Ghost... now I've seen him twice in a row.

Pulled the trigger on Banished at 50% off on a flash sale and bought the first Dark Souls at 60% off. At this point, I think the only way I'm buying anything further is if the game in question is both (1) at least 60% off and (2) less than $5.

Against my better judgement, decided to look @ the steam sale. Ended up picking up Rocksmith 2014. I played the original on my PS3, and it wasn't bad, but as soon as I got my HDTV, I couldn't get it to sync up anymore, so it was pointless to even try playing. No such issues w/ the PC version. Now it gives me an excuse to pull out the guitar and play, something I haven't done nearly enough of for quite some time.

Guacamelee is freakin awesome. Very Metroid like. In fact the Chozo statues are in the game.

Yea I admit I have had to resort using a guide a few times cause I was stuck. Not to mention like you said it can be frustrating.

Yeah, it was just frustrating. I don't mind a good challenge now and again, but some of the puzzles were a huge pain in the ass. I can only redo the same section so many times before I lose it.

Ah, I love when crap works out. I decided to do the Pink'd challenge in Diablo w/ my Wizard. basically, it entails killing all of the bosses/mini-bosses in the game while wearing items on your hands, shoulders, chest, head, legs and feet that have Lovely Dye applied (thus pink).

Aside from gaining another bar of experience, I found the helmet from Tal Rasha's set, which aside from giving me 3/5 from the set, allows me to plop a Marquise ruby in there and get 33% bonus experience. My old hat was awesome, but not socketed. This was an upgrade in all areas, plus gained extra damage to my lightning skills being the 3rd equipped from the set.

I've officially decided that the Monk is now my second favorite class in Diablo behind the Wizard. I'm @ level 53, halfway through Act 1/Hell. I'm using a similar scheme to the one Froggy posted, though I swapped out one of them for Seven Sided Strike, which I prefer. I think I have a slightly different button config as well.

I think Cyclone Strike is the only really ESSENTIAL skill that every monk should have. That skill just has so much utility. Massive AoE damage, quick recharge, keeps mobs grouped... easily my favorite skill in the game.

Cyclone Strike is freaking amazing. Not sure if I enjoy it quite as much as melting everything in Archon mode w/ the Wizard, but it's up there.

Monks are clicky. I like clicky. I think holding down R trigger for ww is why I got bored with the barb. The monk is a much more active play style... especially if you're keeping your buffs up.

I believe you played through the majority of the game and then you skip forward a couple of sequences because they are "corrupted" and then go to Rome, correct?

If so, then you are pretty much near the end of the game (last sequence, right?) and you do not really get to explore Rome much (you do in future games).

Yeah, I think a good bit less than an hour of gameplay left once you get to Rome.

Assasins Creed 2 was probably my favorite of the series. Ezio is so likeable as a character.

Two was easily the best in the series, it's not even close. Brotherhood was pretty good. Revelations was meh(the den defense was one of the worst things that ever happened to the series). III was meh. The most recent one, Black Flagg, was also really good.
