I don't think the way you put away your kids' toys causes depression and frequent panic attacks.
Yes. Also, every time someone tells me that they have a "such a terrible migraine" and it's clear that they really don't. I'm especially annoyed if they use it to try to get out of something. Makes me wish one of mine on them, so they'll never throw that around again.
I get migraines. If someone has never had one there is no real way to explain it. It's not just a really bad headache. My entire body feels like it has RLS. I can't sit or lay still. Every sound is like a jackhammer. Every light is a laser beam. Thoughts hurt. Doing algebra with a migraine might kill me. Ambient temperature becomes a nuisance and I can never get comfortable.
And it can last for days.
I've never had one thankfully, but 2 or 3 times in my life (this past Wednesday being one) I started getting a small glare or halo in my right eye. I could see fine but like reading a computer screen, looking directly at a single word would cause a glare and make it difficult to read. It only lasted about 15 minutes, but from my previous experience an all day/all night headache was on the way. I was completely immobilized for the rest of the night, and I think it even caused me nausea. I imagine a migraine is even worse and I could barely handle the headache I had.
