My problem is mostly with the staff at the downtown location and it stems from a single incident last winter. We set up an after work thing one day, they lost the reservation, but no big deal on that cause it was kind of empty...but they still acted like we didn't make a reservation and made no effort to rectify their mistake (ie we had to figure out which tables to put together).
Then the beer list was maybe 50% right, so I made it clear i'd have to go to the bar to pick my drink. The waitress and the bartender both gave me a tons of flack for that, just jerks about it. I was like, how am i supposed to pick a beer from a list that doesn't correspond to anything?
