I've considered applying to FEI and Intel when I look to graduate in the next few years, just so I can be in northwest brew country.

Southern Tier Warlock. Anybody ever had? And if you find any of it in the Pittsburgh area (case, on tap, single bombers)... let me know. I must have it.

Yeah, I posted about this about a month ago, probably quite a few pages back at this point. Great stuff, but I've only had it on tap at this point at a few places. Haven't found it in bottles. Even more unfortunate is that I had it in the Cleveland area, so can't help you find it in Pittsburgh.

I saw a bunch of bombers at giant eagle yesterday, was wondering about this stuff. Usually don't care much for the pumpkin drink, but this sounds tempting. Also, what's the deal with ST OAT? Has anyone seen it this fall? I don't even see it on their website...

local english pub where I live is doing a dinner paired with beer event for $25... does this sound worth it?

The first course of the dinner will be an Autumn Squash Soup, and the beer that it is paired with it is Leibinger Seeweise. A Porcini Mushroom Risotto will follow, paired with Kasteel Triple. Next comes Duck Conserva, a braised duck leg with roasted apples, pear chips, Stilton cheese, and a red wine demi glaze. This entree is paired with a craft beer from Helltown. A savoury course comes next, German Bratwurst with sauerkraut whole grain mustard, and sourdough, paired with Oak Aged Hatter from New Holland Brewery. Dessert is a Pumpkin Custard paired with Petrus Aged Pale Ale.

not really, this is the 3rd time they are doing it and I've missed the first 2, while rereading everything, it does appear like that is a pretty good deal. I don't know much about those beers

That beer deal sounds good to me. I wonder if you get a full glass of each beer or if you get an 8 oz pour.

It is delicious, I meant this year, just saw it out in stores, usually grab a case and get into some type of trouble with it.
