The shocking thing is that he hasn't gone to Indianapolis yet. You can't tell me there's no pitcher at Indy who would be better than the abject failure that is Oliver Perez. Whether it was Spin Williams's "coaching," Perez's disinterest in offseason conditioning, or something else, this guy's career is toast. He's lucky to hit 92 on a good day, and this is a guy who used to hit 98 routinely. He's shot. Time to move on.
