ECW Return...Belle Vernon...June 25th...

Just finished watching the ECW/WWE Pay-Per View tonight....refreshing stuff considering it was in the Hammerstien Ballroom and had the likes of Kurt Angle, Cena, Sabu, Tazz, Sandman, RVD, Big Show, Mick Foley, Terry Funk, etc...

The crowd drove the show and it was very nostalgic in the sense that it felt like wrestling in ECW's "prime."

ANyway, tickets go on sale this saturday for a show (ECW) in Belle Vernon June 25th and i was seeing if anyone else is planning on attending...

what happened in the Cena/RVD match?

RVD scored a controversial win. Cena dominated the whole match to an overwhelming crowd chant of "Same Old Sh**".

Basically, Edge comes out from under the ring, spears Cena through a table, and RVD gets up to the table broken and Cena layed out. The refs were knocked out at the time. RVD gives Cena the five star frog splash. Heyman runs out and three counts it. Since he is commish, the win stood.

However, tonight they'll probably give RVD the "ECW Title" and either put the WWE title up for grabs between Edge and Cena or just give it back to Cena.

Sabu v. Mysterio was the best match of the night. It ended no contest because both men were unable to continue.

I heard they were going to just put the ring on a river barge and float the show up and down the river by the Speer bridge on I-70.
