NEED some Computer help

I have a question and it is probably very silly, but I dont really get computers.

On the links that were listed below for the WC games, I can get it to open and run but the screen flashes and isnt constant... is there something I can do that would fix this, or is it because of my computer... I have a Sony Vaio... running Windows XP, and I have cable internet....

Please somebody help so I can stop watching ESPN 2 through static on my tv... plllllllleaaaaaaaaaaaaaseeeeeeeeeee!

It might be a codec problem. Download and install this:
