So I reinstalled the game but did not resub. I have been probably 1.5 years WoW free and 3 years free from total WoW takeover. I need an AA meeting because I might be getting pulled back.

You should have sold your account. That's the only thing that keeps me from getting pulled back in -- the thought of leveling another toon is not something I can bear.

Meh my account wasn't worth enough to sell because I pretty much burned out before I started doing many Burning Crusade raids beyond a couple. I should have sold it before BC cause I could have gotten serious cash.

I have 6 level 80 characters, 40k gold, and epics on all of my 80's. I could maker serious bank in the terms of 1-2k. I've considered it, but not at this time I think.

The accounts the people are buying take (literally) hundreds of days of playing to accumulate. And by days I mean 24 hour periods, not like you played 5 hours one day. So, like, thousands of hours.

Also, some of them just buy accounts to turn what they can in to "WOW gold" and then transfer it to other characters from which they just sell gold.

I am a little intimidated by all of the changes if I come back. That is the problem with MMOs if you come back after a year or so stuff has changed so much that you don't know what is going on and you can't "reload" to learn things again. I think my rogue is at 74 or so and I don't remember anything about the latest expansion lol.

I resubbed last night and logged into my rogue. I hate the talent tree changes. It really screws with how I played my rogue. I think it is finally time to delete my toons and retire. I'll give it a few days.

well. i just absolutely busted my ass getting my warrior to 75 to get some chances at the Headless Horseman's loot - (not the rings, i don't care about that, i want the damn laughing plate Helm, the Mount, the sword)

i hit it with 20 minutes to spare before reset, giving me 3 shots including tonite. but.....i couldn't queue. i KNOW it was always 5 levels below max to be able to get into these holiday boss groups, but they ninja increased the level to 78......i am so bummed right now....no way i can make 78 by saturday night for even just one shot.

I am 10% from 80 after playing for a week (started at 76). I will still have 4 complete zones left. I think I'm going to ding 80 and do the outstanding dungeon quests that I have and save those zones for Cata so that all the extra zones in Cata will be for producing gold lol. Also everyone will be in Cata while I'm busy leveling in WotlK.
