nobody will judge if you only get 1/3 of the way through it
Wow...the 3rd one is just awful.
No wonder I never bothered to see it before.

i was gonna go see pacific rim again tonight but 3D Imax is $16 a ticket. id pay a premium to see it on the huge screen and sound system without the 3D. that movie just screams to be watched on the largest screen you can find.
“Originally there was a discussion that took a long time to overcome that was to make the movie 3D. And I didn’t want to make the movie 3D because when you have things that big… the thing that happens naturally, you’re looking at two buildings lets say at 300 feet [away], if you move there is no parallax. They’re so big that, in 3D, you barely notice anything no matter how fast you move. ”To force the 3D effects for robots and monsters that are supposed to be big you are making their [perspective] miniaturized, making them human scale.”

Seemed like it was nothing but action sequences with an occasional brief pause for some story. Yeah, I know, I just described most/all of the movies, but this one didn't really get it right for me. Kind of strange to see no Q or Moneypenny as well... what was up with that? Hopefully Skyfall is better.

Skyfall was light years better than QOS. One of the top 3 Bond films.
