Avenue B is the best restaurant in the city right now IMO. I thought the portions were reasonable personally. And its BYO.

for what it is--a decently-priced corporately ran steakhouse, it serves the purpose (the rolls they give you are solid). when comparing to the others in the same market, longhorn may be the best, but texas roadhouse isnt too shabby of a corpo-joint.
