Now, with Favre looking 15 years younger in uniform than he does at a podium, it's not out of the question to consider a 40-going-on-41 Favre playing one more year.

He looked good at the beginning of last year too. He'll taper off, start throwing more picks, and someone like Chester Taylor will spout off to the media about how they're behind Tarvaris Jackson and not Favre. And he'll retire again, then unretire and play for the Tampa Bay Bucs.

Were 3 weeks in and the talking about next year is already starting? He's the one person that I personally wouldn't feel bad for if an injury kept him off the field for awhile, and by awhile, I mean long enough for him to see that he's done.

lol....but seriously, why not?

Vinny Testaverde was still playing solid football at age 44. And Favre obviously has a little better pedigree than Vinny. I see no reason why, barring injuries, he can't play another couple years!

I have no problem with him continuing to play. Vinny never did the retire-unretire-retire-unretire nonsense that this ahole does every year; thats the difference.

"You may have heard by now that ESPN intends to set a “world record” for the most mentions of Brett Favre’s name during a televisions program."

I'm not surprised. ESPN is such a parody of itself, it's sad.

Kissing Suzy Kolber, however, is solid.

I've never seen a media enforce revolve their show around twitter. I watched Sports Center last night and half the show was talking about something dealing with twitter. Blew my mind.

When the NFL becomes sick of Favre and no teams want to employ him, playing til he's in his 60's in the Canadian or Arena League would be fantastic.
