I just got my official closure schedule for work...dec 25th-jan 1st...I immediately requested dec 24th as a vacation day.pretty cool to only use one vac day for eleven days off in a row.

Just looked at the Super Lewis on Dino's menu. A "hotter combination of garlic and hot"...

Ok, what makes them hot? Mac, could you tell what else beside garlic was on them?

They were a deep red color, and had a thick sauce on them. I'm thinking it was some Cayenne pepper and probably a little bit of Habanero in the sauce as well. I did 5, and they burned even after an entire beer. I will say this though, they say "wont get any hotter than this and still have flavor" and they were right - you could still taste the hotness and the chicken wing. They were pretty delightful but 5 was my limit.

Also, that's the description for the Lewis.. the Super Lewis are hotter

The Hottest: Super Lewis - Wow! It doesn’t get any hotter than this and still have flavor.

I'm guessing their sauce for the Lewis is based on Sriracha. Not so sure what is in the Super Lewis though, maybe a habanero powder that gives it more heat than the standard Lewis.

They have both, but mostly saucy. Their wings are seriously deeeelish. They are thick, breaded, and if you get them triple dipped (in the fryer) they are soo crispy.

I have to make a Greensburg run and hit Dino's. I have friends who live in Latrobe that swear by Dino's wings, but I've never made it out to the Latrobe spot. Greensburg is a tad closer.

Greensburg is nicer (newer too) in my opinion. Its so wide open and a great place to watch sports - huge projector, and like 50 40" TVs everywhere. Monday and Tuesdays are wing nights, 45 cents a wing w/ beverage purchase.

I just moved near the one in Greensburg, I've been wanting to go but just haven't yet. Going to have to make it over there sometime soon I'm craving wings now.

any suggestions for good wing nights in/around the east end? i.e. not dinos. there was a link on lgp back in the day with some info, but it would be nice for a more current take.

btw dinos is good, used to be a kenny the kangaroo stomping ground back the day.

I wish I knew. Buffalo Blues is ok in a pinch. But I don't know of any awesome wings in the East End.

Are kids home from college now? My gym has been packed this week and I'm not happy about it.

Also, mutual fund fees seem like a serious scam. I opened up an account and it was going to cost me 5.75% which was ~$800, but then I reminded they guy I was an employee of the bank and got those fees revoked....it would probably take over a year just to make up the initial fee they were going to take out of the account.

If anything, kids are returning to college this week. Pitt, CMU, Carlow and Chatham are gearing up for finals right now. They usually don't break for another few weeks.

What about places that do trimesters...or whatever it is they do at W&J, might they be crowding my gym?
