But she is not ready to shoot at anything, and one of the fundamental rules of gun safety is "Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on the target" (as phrased by famed gun writer Jeff Cooper) or "Always keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot" (as phrased by the NRA). The woman in that picture is observing proper gun handling.
