Hmm. Haven't tried using it for awhile... only been using it for blu-rays lately. (This will obviously change when GoW:Ascension comes out)

Mine has disconnected 3 times in the past 2 days. Not sure if it's a Netflix problem or a PS network issue.

Anyone ever do nutrisystem? I was debating on trying it since it seems like its a short term way to get on a long term good diet.

Just follow this and you'll be fine:

Start eating Pre-Breakfast (PB) and Breakfast. AS SOON AS YOU WAKE UP!!! Eat an orange or an apple or an equal amount (4-6oz) of strawberries, bluberries, pineapple, cantaloupe or watermelon You can change it up everyday if you wish or have all the fruit in a fruit salad type dish as long as the weight is the same as the apple/orange. 10 minutes after you finish PB, start cooking/preparing breakfast. Breakfast for should consist of 3 eggs for (your choice of how they are cooked), 2-4oz of any lean meat (you can use bacon or sausage, but for now those are for breakfast only and it will be roughly 2-3 slices of bacon or 2-3 links of sausage), a small salad with the majority of the salad being raw spinach and romaine lettuce (1/4-1/2 cup each) and any other veggies you want to add, 1/4 cup (precooked weight) of Gluten free oats and some almonds (10-20).

Lunch/Dinner: 6-7oz (pre-cooked) of any lean meat. Large salad (1/2-3/4 cup romaine AND spinach or 1 1/2 cup of either) with any other veggies and 1/2 a sweet potato or brown rice and either 1/3 of an avocado, a handful of almonds or both. If a salad is not desired Then eat any veggie medley (LIGHTLY steamed) that is a majority of green veggies: roughly 8oz or so.

Snacks are similar to prebreakfast. 2-4oz fruit, a handful of almonds and or 1/4-1/3 of an avocado (4-6oz of cottage cheese is optional). Pre-bed is the same as other snacks minus the fruit and is eaten 45min to 1 hour before bed. Pre bed is an option if you are hungry at the end of the day, not a must.

Snacks are eaten 3-4 hours after meals, meals are eaten 2-3 hours after snacks. In all you will eat 6 to 7 times a day. IF you use oils to cook make sure it is either virgin or extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil. Make sure you keep he heat you cook with low enough so that the oil does not smoke. Once that happens it is useless. Do not use butter or margarine.
1 gallon or more of water a day is a MUST... NOT OPTIONAL. Grab a gallon jug, fill it up and make sure it is gone by bed time. Again, this is NOT AN OPTION.

I agree with most of that, is there another option to cooking eggs every morning though?

Roll with egg whites. Don't lose any of the protein, cut the cholesterol down by a mile, etc. And they are easier to prep out of the carton.

I started seeing it on the internets and thought- "I have no idea what that is." I have then proceeded to avoid it because I kind of am proud of being able to say "I have no idea what that is."

i've seen a few harlem shake things, and i don't get it. is it referencing something, or is it just one guy dancing for like 10 seconds, and then everyone else joining in and going crazy?

That's a ripoff. Just buy the carton in the store. Honestly, there is no mess. Pour however many eggs you want into pan. Takes 3 minutes to cook, easy to clean out pan, put plate in dishwasher. Done.

Almonds, or just a couple spoonfuls of peanut butter. I switched from almonds to peanut butter a few months ago because it is much more cost-efficient, and it's still good for you
