I guess it's not inhumane since they don't consider albinos as human. What struck me is that 200,000 seems like a lot of people with that condition. I thought it was extremely rare.

It amazes me that there are still cultures out there that are this ridiculously primitive and savage. If the African continent enters the modern age, it surely won't be in my lifetime.
