Arjen Robben praises the atmosphere at Old Trafford, expects the fans to be 12th man. Guess he's never played there before.

Wow, this looks even worse than Liverpool-Arsenal. Or better, depending on your preferences.

RVP, btw, will miss 4 to 6 weeks and miss the matches vs Bayern.

Liverpool scored 6 today but managed to worsen their goal differential relative to Chelsea and Man City. That takes effort and a really crappy backline.

Norwich's 2nd yesterday was a lovely little volley from Tettey from outside the box.

Benzema with a great piece of control off his thigh and then volleyed it home. 2-2 in el clasico at halftime.

Pretty insane game. I think Messi's first peno was behind Lopez before he even reacted.

C'mon Atleti.

Ronaldo's was outside the box, but a foul. Probably should have been yellow. Thought the red for Ramos was harsh. Not sure what Xabi was doing though on Iniesta.

So the wrong man was sent off when in fact no one should have been sent off, and nothing will happen to Andre Marriner for sending off the wrong man when he shouldn't have sent off anyone. Makes total sense.

I missed the match, and only saw highlights. But it seemed to me that the first two penalties were completely terrible calls (As you say, Ronaldo was at least a step outside the area, and I'm not sure Ramos even made contact with Neymar), but I think the third one (Xabi) was legit. It's just a shame that came on the heels of the two dodgy calls.

Bummed I didn't get to see it; violence, some over-the-top theatrics, some pathetic diving, questionable officiating, an iffy sending off (if it wasn't Ramos, it would have been Pepe), penalties, and - of course - frequently brilliant football..... by all accounts, it was everything you could hope for in a Clásico!

There is a photo out there of Busquets stepping on Pepe's face. Like most people, I don't really care for Pepe
but Busquets is a cheating little so and so.

Surprised there has been very little CL quarterfinal talk. Atleti v Barca is going to be an amazing matchup. Those two play each other in the last game of the season in La Liga as well.

Really, looking forward to PSG v Chelsea though. Matic being cup-tied is going to be a huge miss for Chelsea. We'll see how motivated Zlatan is to knock out his former coach (hopefully very).

Ya RM aren't making a big deal about the Pepe - Busquets thing. Photo looks bad, video not so much. Plus Pepe was already faking injury.

Atleti v Barca is a fantastic matchup. 1-1, 0-0, 0-0 so far this year. Hopefully all three don't drop any points before the last game of the season.
