I have zero idea what any feuds are right now

Ziggler still looking super weak vs. Whoever WWE decides he loses to?
Cena injury vs. Ryback runs away?
Shield being forced into 3 man matches?

Numbers game, isolate the smallest guy, keep him from his corner, belive in the shield now... They may as well just tape JBL week to week and replay him during the shield's matches

Starting to notice a theme where all the Shields matches end the same way

You could say that. I think they've had 4 wins and every one was the guy is engaged with someone who is not the legal man, then he comes in with the spear. I like what they're doing with the Shield and glad they dont need to flat out cheat every time to get a win despite the ZOMG NUMBERZ GAME PACK MENTALITY, but i just noticed they are winning their matches the exact same way each time.

Haha, as you said it is better than the cheating alternative. Of course, if they were to try twin magic it may not work as well.

last night might have been the least amount of time I've spent watching RAW. It wasn't like there was something else on either. Pirates were getting smoked, Penguins are off until Wednesday, and tv in general is rerun city. Storylines at the moment are just stale and I'm not sure what can be done to improve it.

But Ryback has a toboggan now! If that doesn't hold your interest you my friends may not have a pulse.

But yeah I agree with both of you, I barely paid attention last week because it was the Europe show and nothing occurs, then watched towards the end to see what they were gonna do with Cena if he was really hurt. I'll still flip back on forth on mondays, but I can see my interest fainting for a while to the point where I'll turn it on and have no idea whats going on with certain people/stories (kind of like I do already) Things may not pick back up until Punk returns, if for nothing else just to see what direction he's headed.

I understand the need for advertisers, but I can't stand the in show promotions. That Dominos bit was ridiculous. As was the time they ate Sonic at the announce table. Why couldn't Dominos sponsor the "Slam of the Week" or "Earlier Tonight - Brought to you by Sonic"

Even their bit with the tout, the wwe app, and at one time the wwf/wwe magazine, I somewhat understood why they did it. Use your own time to plug your own stuff since it would save having to buy separate commercial time.

But yeah, not only was that Domino's bit painful to watch, they chose to drag it through multiple segments, making it even longer than what it should have been.

Punk may be back sooner than expected. Hearing he has been added to shows later this month. Looks like Cena may be out or product is hurting that bad without him.

Sami Zayn (El Generico) should be debuting on NXT soon. Apparently, he had a GREAT match with Antonio Cesaro at the last taping. I still think that the 2 standouts in this current group are Kassius Ohno and Adrian Neville, but Zayn could be the wildcard depending on how well he works as a WWE style wrestler instead of an indie fed character. The dude is super talented, though.

I've heard Punk is almost the same in character or not. He can be kind of an ass. But this guy has carried the company for almost 3 years now, with the kind of crap Triple H used to pull/does pull, I dont blame anyone in this company for going off. Longest running champ in the modern era and it ends with the people's elbow, the absolute refusal to do anything with anyone because the kids wont like it, Cena Cena Cena Cena Cena, etc.

On one hand great he's trying to change things on the other it's not a secret that VM and HHH are shady as hell in their dealings. They always have been and always will be. As for pushing Bryan, Cesaro, or Kingston well Bryan is the only one that is over. Cesaro has a terrible gimmick, no one cares about the heel foreigner anymore. Kingston is Jamaican but not really, he gets an OK reaction but is just super generic IMO. He has the "I can fly" shirt but rarely does high flying moves. I agree with the sentiment about pushing old guys who have no future with the company but the other guys aren't making it easy for the WWE to push them.

Remember how Punk spouted off about Daniel Bryan and Brodus Clay as being two of the best the WWE has yet they're forced to act like clowns for the sake of the kids? There is nothing about that satement that isn't 100% accurate.

Brodus Clay is garbage in the ring. He needs to get rid of his boobs.
