ok, chikara recap...

there were 7 matches on the main card, and the worst match was still above average. If video ever comes out of the 6 man match between The Colony(Fire Ant, Green Ant, and AssailANT) & The Devastation Corporation (Max Smashmeister, Blaster McMassive, and Flex Rumblecrunch), I'll be sure to post it. it is one of the more entertaining matches I have ever seen, and easilly my pick for MOTY thus far.

The ending was pretty weird. The company is running an angle where they are being taken over by a shady international conglomerate, and about 3/4th of the way through, a fired employee got in the ring and threatened to reveal the truth before being dragged off by security. Then, in the main event, the title was about to change hands in a huge upset, and all of a sudden, security ran down and stopped the match, and the GM ordered everyone out, and the feed suddenly cut. Apparently, there were legit riots in philly after the event. This is also amidst rumors that this was going to be the last chikara show. surely, it's all part of the storyline, but still a pretty ballsy way to end a ppv.

What are you even talking about? I hope you're drunk or something because you're acting really stupid.

With the state of today's television professional wrestling is one of the more real shows out there. In answer to your question, yes we are really this hard into it. Know why? Just because it is not real does not mean that there's no entertainment value. Family Guy is not real either, but it's still a good show.

I'm in here just as much as anybody else, so it wasn't like I was mocking anybody in this thread.

It was a sarcastic response to sarcastic's original comment.

Well deserved for Kurt. TNA wasn't on the map until he singed with them. This has been a great PPV imo. A lot better than anything WWE has done lately.

Yeah, that's the one. Ending to the show was decent but someone should have returned.

CM Punk and the Kings mascot account were at each others throats during the game tonight. It was slightly entertaining.

Theres a twitter account for the LA Kings mascot "Bailey." CM Punk was at the Blackhawks game and they were just taking jabs at each other. If I went back and read them its prob wont be as funny as I thought at the time, but I got a chuckle seeing Punk trash talking a "mascot" throughout the game.

Wow. Chikara just canceled the rest of their 2013 shows. I'm still hoping this is just an extremely avant garde angle, but who knows?

Yeah I read about that angle at the end of the show last night. I was assuming it was just a big work, but who knows.

It's really hard to explain, but there is a theory involving global conspiracy, alternate universes, and time travel that states that everything that has happened the last year and a half hasn't been real,.and the whole chikara universe is just being rebooted.

I mentioned chikara was weird, right?

I know they are weird, but cancelling the shows the rest of the year seems kind of far to go for a work?.. I've been fooled before though so I dunno.

Here is where it gets weirder... The last year or so, a bunch of smaller Indie feds have popped up,.pretty much using the chikara roster as the main focus. They all are "wrestling is..."with the following adjectives...
Cool
Heart
Intense
Killer
Awesome
Respect
Art
!!! Fun!!!

Or C.H.I.K.A.R.A.!
