Just skimmed thru the article but just what I thought of reading your post before I clicked the link, Patrick Roy as an honorable mention was really disappointing.

I completely forgot that Dean Ambrose was US Champ. I thought the title was vacant.

Wow, how weird is it that Natalya just made AJ tap twice while she was teaming with Khali. If Big E and AJ are being pushed, that makes almost no sense at all.

I think the ref botched that one. When I rewound it, it looked like the ref was looking back at Khali and not AJ/Natalya

Good to see they chose to overbook the match with H3 involved as the ref.

Do you guys remembe when Zeb Coulter's rants made sense since Jack Swagger was feuding with Del Rio? Now he's just like a mean old windbag.

i enjoyed that show. That was the first one I watched since Wrestlemania. I thought the Bryan-Cena interview was really good. Cena cut a really, really good promo. With so few good heels, the face-face with Cena works. And he embraces it. The Battle Royal was sweet, but I love RVD. He is arguably the most over wrestler right now aside from Bryan.

A few notes: One: That Miz TV segment was amazing. It sold me on the match far more than any of this McMahon nonsense has. No reason for a special guest ref. I hope they keep the Vince/HHH drama to a minimum and just let these guys steal the show.

Two: Holy hell, that sunset flip spot with Kofi in the battle royal was insane.

Comcast put a few old Summer Slam matches for free up in the on demand section.

Nothing too crazy. There was the match between Punk and Cena with HHH as guest ref. I also watched an RVD/Jeff Hardy ladder match from 2001 that was good.

Punk/Lesnar and Cena/Bryan just need to deliver and Summer Slam will be awesome. Anything else will be a cherry on the top. They've done a better build to Summer Slam then they did to Wrestlemania.

ALso the Cena/Bryan segment was fantastic. Both guys cut great promos. It makes you want to see their match that much more. When Bryan told Cena he wouldn't slap him in the face because he didn't deserve it that was gold.

Cena can actually cut very good promos when he isn't fed that stupid kiddie **** he has to spew most of the time, and he's not playing the underdog.

No need for HHH to insert himself into the match though, that makes me think we are getting a screw job finish which sucks.

"Guy" is Darren Young. This is a big deal and it'll be interesting to see what happens to his character now. Hopefully WWE wont change his gimmick to be a gay stereotype. Coming out in WWE takes a lot if guts.
