I get like there's a guy on almost every shift who tries to be different, and it comes off so poorly. That dude sucks so bad at twitter, I hate it.

He was actually funny on the late shift. I think he realized what he's dealing with at that hour talking sports in this town.

Now that he actually has to try and fit in, he's wearing on me. He used to be my favorite on the station. Now it's probably Dunlap.

Clairity isn't bad. If this is the same guy that I think it is, he's the host that agrees with every caller.

I'm not saying that every host has to be like Cook or Poni, but a little resistance to a caller or two would be nice.

Yep. On the fan, Vinnie will be freaked out over the Bucs and Ron will be all over the Stillers. The callers will be super negative. I predict zero positive or neutral calls. Should be rather entertaining.

If you can get past the whole 55 minutes of commercials per hour thing.

Good point, but I think it is only 50 minutes of commercials per hour. :pop:

Seemed like quite a few early callers\racists complaining about the Rooney rule ruining the Steelers. Nice to see Ron and Vinnie put an end to any other calls about it.

I think Steigerwald and Dejan got into a Twitter fight with Paul Zeise last night.

I tuned into daFAN last night on my phone and they were discussing the Steelers. My thought was, "wow, who is this, because he seems so much more palatable/reasonable than anyone else on the station."

It was actually the national CBS sports radio feed.

If Steigerwald, Dejan, and Zeise were involved, I'd be surprised if it wasn't a stupid arguement.

I would co-sign, despite knowing it would be a bad idea and surely lead to disaster within 4 years.

Would lead to disaster immediately. Cowher was outdated when he left the league.

They were running the same offensive and defensive schemes for the first 5 years after he left. His forte was always motivation and man management rather than strategist or game coach. Tomlin is the same type of coach, with potentially even worse game management skills. He botched another timeout yesterday, taking one at 2:02 when we were trying to score. He's not really improved in that facet in his years here.

Please don't take this to mean I don't like Tomlin, I think he's a very good coach and I don't want him fired or anything like that.
