So far with new shows that I've watched:

Brooklyn 99 - love it. I hope it hangs on
The Goldbergs - I enjoyed it. One show that I'd probably watch a little more, but if it got cancelled, I wouldn't miss it.
Back in the Game - Only saw the pilot. It was ok. I like the mom. Same as the Goldbergs.

The Millers - I still have to watch, but heard good things

Everything else, I don't care to bother.

Just a summary of the start of new shows. Brooklyn 99 is having poor ratings, but many critics believe it is dragged down because of Dads and if they reshuffle the lineup for a better leadin like New Girl and put Dads at 9:30, they think all 3 shows (New Girl, Mindy, and Brooklyn 99 ) will fair better in the ratings.

If you can't tell, I really like Brooklyn 99.

If we don't start seeing more of the mother on HIMYM it is gonna start to get insufferable. The first two episodes were good but the last two have been pretty crappy. The "thank you Linus" line was lame the first episode it was used and is becoming increasingly annoying.

I'm through 6 and a half episodes of Breaking Bad and I am pretty hooked.

the radio promo I just heard for next week's HIMYM makes it sound terrible. Fish humour. Pretty bad fish humour.

HIMYM will go down in tv history for being one of the more longstanding awful sitcoms, usurping wings on the throne (in before OMGWINGZ IZ AWSUM TONEY SHAWLUBE")

Big Bang Theory is much better than HIMYM IMO. Much much better.

Again, I loved HIMYM seasons 1-4. I thought it was actually funny and good. But since then, it has held on only because of hte mother reveal.

To each his own, I suppose. Never had those shows, or anything like Two and a Half Men ever make me laugh.

Eh, I liked the Monty Python movies, but not enough good parts in the show. I see your subtle hipster jabs, fella!

the mastery of comedy in the setting of a longer quasi-drama story arc is rarely attained.

Seems like this could be the last year for SVU. Richard Beltzer (Munch) is leaving after the next episode and Dann Florek (Capt Cragen) said in character that his mandatory retirement from the force is in a few months.

I was watching Modern Family off/on last night due to the Pirate game making me a little nuts, so I turn the channel not knowing Family was over to see something called Super Huge Pile of Steaming Excrement starring Rebel Wilson. She has to be the only reason ABC hasn't cancelled this hoping to cash in on the Bridesmaids/Pitch Perfect crowd, it feels like it was written by someone in a Starbucks on their lunch break by taking every bad sitcom fat/desperate women joke and jamming them in one show. Plus, Rebel Wilson isn't talented enough to carry a lead.
