A think a better way to compare is how they do regular season versus post season. Jeter has nearly identical stats, with increased pressure and better pitchers:
Jeter regular season: 313/382/448
Jeter post-season: 308/374/465
Arod regular season: 300/384/560
Arod post-season: 265/373/470
I'd take Jeter any day with a game on the line.
