The guy I posted about yesterday said he would not vote for anyone that played in the steroids era. I'm guessing there were a few people like that.

Yes and they are idiots. If you don't want to vote for anyone then give up your vote.

Ken Gurnick (the writer in question) is doing just that.

Dan Lebetard has forever lost his voting rights through the BBWAA and had his credentials pulled for one year, as per a BBWAA press release.

Because he said what his ballot was (I vaguely know the controversy with LeBatard)?

No, lots of people say who they voted for. He let Deadspin open voting to readers and voted for the ten highest vote getters

I both understand LeBatard's reasoning and think he deserves to lose his voting rights.

Arbitrator rules that Arod is suspended for 2014 season.

Seems unlikely that he'll be able to win any sort of appeal. Hopefully this also signifies the end of his career.

I just don't get how people can sympathize with Arod... He denies til he dies publicly, but then when it gets in front of a judge he has nothing to say.

And comparing A-rod to Bosch? It's apples to oranges. Bosch is a criminal and a scum bag, I get it, why does that mean he's making up stories about how he used to inject Arod?

What was Manfred's line last night? Arod is the only one to appeal a suspension who didn't testify on his own behalf? Telling.

That's more per year than Arods deal. I wonder if thats the biggest deal in US sports per year (excluding boxers)

They're bummed out because the Pirates foiled their plans to avoid the luxury tax. No, seriously.
