If I put a phpbb install on there much like this one, do you all want to move our discussions/draft/trade talk/etc. there? I get so tired of looking for the fantasy hockey threads amongst all the other discussions going on here. I've asked for a separate forum for such talk on here for about 2-3 years now and never get an answer. I don't want to step on RJ's toes, and it wouldn't impact our normal fun on here, but an install would be very easy for me to run on another domain. I have server space available.

Also, that just means I don't have to worry about drafting a goalie or I can trade one 3 starters is a good thing to have off the bat. Rask is an auto keeper because no one else out of my rookies qualified. And he's the least sure of the 3 goalies to be a consistent starter.

I would probably oppose it. I have found that I never end up going on there. I don't strongly oppose, but slightly. We can see how it would work.

Downie I'd likely look for a mid-level pick or package Downie + a 5/6 keeper for a 4/5 keeper kind of deal.

I'm just trying to take a stab at his value. In my experience "free" keepers in a limited keeper league carry a lot of value. Downie had a big year last year. Using some of the fantasy tools available out there for ranking players in H2H leagues, Downie is consistently in the top 10 of all players last year in a league of our format. He's a young guy who legitimately still has a spot in the top-six if he can match his performance, which his age says he ought to if he keeps his head on right.

What are the other options for what I could be seeking which are lesser demands?

A < 65 rookie with higher upside?
A late pick?

I assume you're keeping Rinne? If you want to upgrade him to Halak, Mason, or Price, we can do a Downie + one of those goalies type of deal. If you consider those guys upgrades to Rinne, of course.
