Your skaters are pretty solid. You have had terrible luck in terms of match ups this year, catching teams on good weeks. You are higher than me in most offensive categories over the entire season.

My everything is pretty awful...I have lost 2 shutouts this season because I forgot to set my lineup haha. I'm really tempted to sell real soon.

So Cammy was on IR and i figured I could steal an extra goalie start against a crap team that got crappier and picked up Bachman to start for a game until Cammy came back. Cammy was able to play, went 3+1, and Bachman gave up 6.

I was just pondering this and wanted to throw it out. With the shortened season this year, the number of expiring rookies will be decreased and shifted to next year. Would we want to expand the rookie compliment for expiring prospects to 3 for non playoff teamed and 2 for playoff teams at the end of the 13-14 season?

I think we should just mark any 2013 rookie that plays 40+ games as expired.

It's clearly worth discussing, if nothing other than the fact that we will be able to speak about hockey related items. I think the more we talk about it, the more we can address potential items. What if there is only half a season and a rookie plays all 41 games, does he still have rookie status?

Definitely to that last point.

I don't think that makes sense. If this were Crosby's draft year and he played 40 games, would anyone in the world deem him a rookie exiting the season?

i agree however i have been operating under the guise that that wasnt changing and i think it would be even worse to change it now. i wish that if you had felt that way, we could have explored the topic further six months ago.
